Refund Policy

We want you to be confident wearing Hyperpostura. This policy explains how returns, refunds and replacements work.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. 

1. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your Hyperpostura arrives damaged, develops a fault, or is not what you ordered, please contact us at support@hyperpostura.com as soon as possible with your order number, the date you received the item, and a short description (photos help).

In these cases:

  • We will arrange and pay for return shipping, or reimburse reasonable postage you have already paid once the issue is confirmed.
  • We will not charge any restocking, processing or handling fee.
  • For a minor or major failure, you can choose between a refund or a replacement.
  • We will process any refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of confirming the issue, (please note your bank may take additional time to display it).

2. Change-of-mind returns (our 30-day satisfaction promise)

If you simply change your mind, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. This is a goodwill promise we offer on top of your ACL rights, and the conditions below apply only to change-of-mind returns:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all components included.
  • The item must be in resaleable condition.
  • A restocking fee of $30AUD will be deducted from your refund. This covers our outbound shipping, return logistics and reconditioning costs.

To start a change-of-mind return, email support@hyperpostura.com with your order number and the date you received your item. We will reply with return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the purchase price (less the $30AUD restocking fee) to your original payment method within 5 business days (please note your bank may take additional time to display it).

3. Wrong size and size exchanges

Chose the wrong size? You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a size exchange. Because a size swap lets us keep helping you find the right fit, we make this easier than a standard change-of-mind return:

  • There will be a $20 restocking fee on size exchanges, which includes return shipping the old size and shipping the new size plus handling. The item must be returned clean, unworn beyond a brief try-on, and in resaleable condition with all components and original packaging.
  • Once we receive payment and the return, we will send out the new size within 5 business days and the standard shipping times (refer to website) will apply.

To request a size exchange, email support@hyperpostura.com with your order number, the size you received, and the size you'd like instead.

If you received a different size to the one you ordered, please contact us, we will send out a replacement at our cost.

4. Timing of refunds

After we approve a refund, please allow up to 10 business days for it to appear in your account, as banks and card providers may take additional time. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed the refund, please contact us at support@hyperpostura.com and we'll investigate.
