If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for any reason, we’re here to help!
We offer free returns within 60 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, an exchange, or a refund to your original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions:
- Returned items must have tags still attached and be in their original packaging.

Items must show no visible signs of wear, damage, or use.
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Reply to your order confirmation email and specify which products you’d like to return.

Once approved, print the prepaid return shipping label that you’ll receive by email.

Pack and send your items back to us using the label provided.

Refunds are typically processed within 10–15 business days after we receive your return.

Returns are free of charge for eligible items within Australia.
- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of postage.
